Flame retardant non-woven fabrics can be divided into three categories according to the material: polyester flame retardant non-woven fabrics, polypropylene flame retardant non-woven fabrics and adhesive flame retardant non-woven fabrics.
Synthetic fiber made from propylene as raw material with features of high strength, good wet strength and dry strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, test standard is FMVSS 302.
Flame Retardant Non-woven Fiber with features of good hygroscopicity, less breaking strength than of cotton, Eco-friendly, non-toxic and stable acid and alkali resistance without chemicals added. The product is a kind of national green environmental protection fiber which enable to form a dense carbonized layer when burning.
Product Specifications: weight range of 100-1200g/m2 and width within 2.2 meters can be produced.
Main Varieties: fireproof hot air fiber, fireproof needle fiber, fireproof elastic fiber.
Application: It is mainly used to construct fire protection layer, work uniform, fire protection apparel, heat protection clothing lining and electric blanket for household articles such as mattresses and sofas and car interior materials.
