Needled non-wovens, also known as needle ginning, the carding fiber has a multi-channel needling machine, which can produce single-layer or multi-layer needling products with the weight range of 80-1500g / m2 with variety hand feel styles, different gloss and surface conditions which meet different needs and fully meeting relevant standards in physical and mechanical properties.
Product specifications: weight range 150-2500g/m2, width is generally within 2.0 meter.
Main Varieties: needle - punched fiber, needling and ginning.
Application: Mainly used in the shoe tube, upper, lining and leather imitation fabric in the cold area.
